I’m a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Alpine Commercial where I represent buyers and sellers of investment real estate, as well as landlords and tenants of commercial space.
Also, I’m the Responsible Broker for Alpine Residential, which has nearly a dozen agents representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas, including northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota.
I’m the founder of Equity Law Firm, PLLC where I represent clients in real estate and business matters in South Dakota and Iowa. I particularly enjoy representing real estate private equity firms in drafting the documents necessary to raise capital for their projects. I also enjoy assisting investors looking to invest in real estate private equity deals by reading PPMs and identifying risks of investing in particular investment opportunities. Finally, I represent real estate investors and business owners in a variety of real estate and business matters.
